AlphaLXP is a cloud learning platform (SaaS) that gives you your own academy to sell and deliver courses online, in Arabic and English, under your brand. There is nothing to install: we host, secure and update it for you.
Pick a plan and start without a payment card. You get every feature of that plan for 14 days. Subscribe whenever you are ready: your paid period starts when the trial ends, so you keep every free day.
We add 14 free days to your first billing period. A monthly plan bought today runs for one month and 14 days before it renews.
No. Payments are final: yearly plans are not refunded, and if you cancel a monthly plan it stays active until the end of the month you paid for. You can turn off renewal at any time.
It stays open until the end of the period you paid for. After that we keep your academy and its content for two months, so you can subscribe again and carry on where you left off. Then it is deleted permanently.
Through your own payment gateway. The leading gateways are already built into AlphaLXP: choose yours and add your account key, nothing else to set up. Learners pay with mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and instalments, and course sales go straight to your account.
Yes. Every subscription payment comes with a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice with a QR code, and your academy issues e-invoices to your learners too.
Yes, at no extra cost. Learners download the AlphaLXP app for iOS or Android, choose your academy, and follow their courses from their phones, in Arabic or English.
Online only, with mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. Your card is charged automatically at each renewal, and every payment comes with an e-invoice.
If you haven’t subscribed, your academy is paused and learners can’t open it. We keep everything for two months, and it reopens as soon as you subscribe. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.
We email you and retry the charge up to 3 times over 2 days. Update your card in your dashboard to keep your academy open. If the payment still fails, the academy is suspended and kept for two months, so you can pay and reopen it.
Yes. When the change takes effect, the most recently joined learners above the new limit are suspended automatically, and reactivated if you upgrade again.
Yes. One account can own several academies, each with its own plan, trial and invoices.
Any time, from your dashboard. An upgrade starts immediately and you pay the difference after a credit for unused time; a downgrade starts on your next billing date.
